About Us
Our Partnership Vision:
To ensure that all children and young people access their rights and entitlements as well as benefit from the opportunities Cardiff has to offer.
Our logo, colour and design, was decided by Children, Young People and Families in 2005. The word “IFANC” used is the Welsh word for “YOUNG"
Any one who has an interest in services for children and young people (aged 0-25 years) in Cardiff can be involved in the Partnership.
There are several ways you are able to get involved with the Partnership:
- If you are a young person you can get involved through the U Share Network or the Llygaid y Ddinas group - Contact our Entitlements Officer, Kate Thomas (029 2052 8088) for more details.
- If you are a parent you can get in touch with the Cardiff Parent Network - www.cardiffparentnetwork.org.uk.
- Voluntary Organisations can get involved through Voluntary Action Cardiff.
- All statutory services for children e.g. NHS, Local Authority or Police are automatically involved. Please check our core group membership for details of representation from each service
